MREI attracts students from all across the country and abroad. National Board of Accreditation (NBA) has accredited MRIU for its B.Tech – Mech. Engg., Comp. Engg. and Electronics & Comm. Engg (2004-2007). It has also provided accreditation for B.Tech – Mech. Engg., Comp. Engg, I.T., Electronics & Comm. Engg (2007-2010). Accreditation has also been granted by Tata Consultancy Services, Maruti Suzuki Limited, HCL Technology, L&T InfoTech, Campus Connect Program of Infosys, and Partnership with EMC Corporation for training on Cloud Computing, Data Storage and Data Mining.

AUCKLAND INSTITUTE OF STUDIES (AIS), Auckland, New Zealand is a unique tertiary institution providing NZQA Accredited Diploma, UG and PG level programmes. It also has the largest MBA program in NZ. AIS has partnered with MRIU to provide curriculum and accreditation support for BBA-GIB and B.Sc. -I.T. programmes.

Another Manav Rachna institution – Manav Rachna College of Engineering has been accredited by National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) as an ‘A’ Grade Institution. NBA has accredited B.Tech programmes – Mechanical Engg, Computer Engg. & Electronics and Communication Engg. for a period of 2 years.
Laurels and Recognition

    Manav Rachna Educational Institutions was honoured as ‘Asia’s Most Promising Brand for Innovation and Leadership in Education’ 2012 – 2013 in Dubai. Dr Prashant Bhalla received the Excellence in Leadership for Education Award in the said event.

Celebrating the success of distinguished achievers in the Delhi-NCR region, The Times of India on the occasion of its completion of 175 years of operation, launched its second edition of Trailblazers 2014 at New Delhi. Dr Prashant Bhalla was selected for the prestigious Trailblazer Award for his outstanding contribution in the field of education.

    Prashant Bhalla, President, MREI was honored for’Lifetime of Achievement and Contributions ‘to the field of Dentistry’ in 2014.

    This prestigious honour was bestowed upon Dr. Prashant Bhalla on the occasion of Section of Defense Forces Dental Services (SDFDS) Conference, a chapter of the Federation Dentaire Internationale organized by the Army Dental Corps at the Manekshaw Convention Centre, New Delhi.
    ASSOCHAMFaculty of Engineering and Technology was felicitated with the ASSOCHAM (Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India) Education Excellence Award 2013 for the Best engineering campus in North India for promoting Research.
    At the ASSOCHAM Education Excellence Awards ceremony organized in New Delhi, on 19 February, 2014, Manav Rachna International University won the award as the Best Private University Promoting Research.

    Education Excellence Award 2013Manav Rachna International University (MRIU) was felicitated with the ‘ASSOCHAM – Education Excellence Award 2014 for the Best Private University for Research Promotion & Innovation in India’. The Education Excellence Awards 2014 was organized by ASSOCHAM Gujarat Council on 8th December, 2014 at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The award was presented by the Hon’ble Governor of Gujarat, Shri O.P. Kohli at a glittering award ceremony organized by ASSOCHAM in association with Education Post in Ahmedabad.

    The ‘4th Bharatiya Manav Adhikar Samman-2014’ for peace, harmony, protection and promotion of human rights was dedicated in the memory of Founder Visionary Dr O.P. Bhalla. The Awards were instituted by the All India Council of Human Rights, Liberties & Social Justice in association with the National Council of News and Broadcasting and Asian Human Rights Council at the India Islamic Center, New Delhi on December 9, 2014.Some key awards were given away by Dr N.C. Wadhwa, Vice Chancellor, Manav Rachna International University.

    As part of Careers 360 Regional B-School Rating, Faculty of Management Studies, Manav Rachna International University secured AAA+ rating as part of Haryana state and AA+ rating from Delhi-NCR. Manav Rachna College of Engineering also secured AAA rating from Haryana state as part of the same rating.
    In the Business Today B-School rankings, Faculty of Management Studies was ranked on two parameters: 14 th Rank on Future Orientation, i.e. No. 14 all across India on ‘Creating Managers for tomorrow’ and 103 Rank all across India (IIMs and other top institutes are also a part of the ranking).
    The Pioneer special edition on June 5, 2014, ranked Manav Rachna Dental College among India’s Top Private Dental Colleges.

Manav Rachna International University has organized more than 199 international / National Conferences, Seminars, Symposia, and 178 FDPs in the last 5 years. The list includes International Symposium on Recent Advances in Green Chemistry and Chromatographic Sciences, International conference and exhibition on nanotechnology and solar photovoltaic 2010, Global Symposium on “Stem Cell Technology”, Symposium in Association with the 5rfn Teesside University, UK, 14th Commonwealth International Sports Science Congress where 600 Sports Scientists / Coaches / Professors including approximately 200 persons from 35 different countries participated; First Indo-Japanese Conclave on Global Understanding and Promotion of Health and Sports through Pedagogical Approach in 2012 and Indo-Japanese Conclave-II in collaboration with Tsukuba University Japan on “Neuro-therapeutics: Leading the Corrections”, in 2014.

They include Best New Concept Car BAJA SAE India, Auto Mall Expo, Formula SAE India, Imagine Cup, Intel India Embedded Challenge, Shell-Eco, SUPRA SAE India, MICROSOFT IMAGINE CUP and MICROSOFT Apps for Office Challenge.     Formula Student Germany Competition (Germany): Team Synchromesh from Manav Rachna International University (MRIU) was one of the seven teams from across the country that had been shortlisted for participation in the Formula Student Germany Competition held at Hockenheimring, Germany.ms_imagine_cup
    Manav Rachna College of Engineering: Students have notched top honours at many a professional competition both at national and international level. Notables amongst them are: Microsoft Embedded Spark Summer Challenge (organized by Microsoft) at Boston, Imagine Cup (Organized by Microsoft) at St Petersberg and a host of awards at national level that include among others, competition awards at IIT Roorkee, IIT Guwahati, IIT Gandhi Nagar, IIT Delhi, BITS Pilani, Accenture Innovation Jockey 2014, among others.
    Manav Rachna Dental College (MRDC): A lot of cutting-edge research is carried out. These endeavors, inter alia, find expression in a large number of research paper awards. Notable among them are best paper awards from Colgate, PG Convention Chandigarh, IES Conference Hyderabad. Besides, the College has incessantly been organizing a large number of conferences/ symposia/ colloquia to foster research and community dental health awareness.

MRIU shines at India International Trade Fair (IITF) 2013 & 2014

MRIU is a regular partner of the Govternment of Haryana in IITF held at Pragati Maidan every year and displays the best practices in educational institutions which include the award winning student projects.

In Nov 2013, MRIU students displayed Tractrobot, Smart Blind Stick,Pick and Place Robot, Pills Box, Smart Skull (Helmet), Smart Dustbin, iitfDriver Fitness Tester, All Terrain Bike ATV2, All Terrain Car ATV1 and Smart Efficycle (Battery Driven Self Charging Rickshaw) all of which were highly appreciated by His Excellency Governor of Haryana and Chief Minister Haryana along with a galaxy of other high profile visitors while visiting the Haryana Pavilion at IITF 2013. Projects in the area of robotics and aeronautics were also the centre of attraction.

MRIU once again made its mark when students of Manav Rachna Innovation & Incubation Centre (MRIIC) showcased 24 unique projects at the Haryana Pavilion of IITF 2014. The theme of IITF 2014, “Women Entrepreneurs”, figured prominently in the display. The Sensor Piano (a piano that can be played from a distance by gesture of fingers); Waiter Robot (a robotic waiter); Smart Skull; Electro Seat (a comfortable cushioned seat that enables you to carry electric power wherever you go); Hand Gesture Controlled Mouse; Saviour Suit (that protects women in distress) and Mushroom Cultivation were the main attractions at the pavilion. Intrigued by the projects developed by the young innovative minds, His Excellency Hon’ble Governor of Haryana Shri Kaptan Singh Solanki put on the Smart Skull to understand its functionality. While visiting the Manav Rachna display at the Haryana Pavilion,Captain Abhimanyu, Minister of Finance, Government of Haryana Government of Haryana also expressed his appreciation of the creativity of the students.

Also, more than 450 reputed MNCs and Indian corporates have been regularly patronizing MREI for student training and placement, all these years.

KPMG, Fortis Healthcare, NIIT, IBM, IFBI, JBM Group, TCS and NDTV Worldwide. BPO Certification Institute (BCI), a world renowned BPO / KPO certification organization has associated with BCA program. NIIT shall conduct 375 hours classroom and lab sessions.

The pass outs shall have the liberty to appear for BCI Global Certification Examination namely Certified Technical Support Associate (CTSA) which will enable them to get preferential placement in KPO / BPO sector.
Assured placements for select programmes

JBM issues letter of intent to all B. Tech.-Mech Engg. Industry Integrated programs at the time of admission in Semester 1 to offer suitable position in JBM Group/ Consortium. NIIT/IFBI issues letter of intent to BBA-Banking students after declaration of result of 3rd Semester exam for job in selected Private Banks (Subject to maintenance of academic benchmarks and performance in interview after completion of the degree).

MRIU has student chapters of reputed Professional Bodies for all round professional development of students which include American Society for Quality (ASQ), Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers, USA (IEEE), Institute of Electronics & Telecommunication Engineers, India (IETE), Institution of Engineers (India), Indian Society of Technical Education (ISTE), Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE), American Society for Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN).

With a focus on training students in Engineering Hard skills and technology MRIU holds Institutional Memberships of various Industry Associations including CII, FICCI, Quality Council of India, and Faridabad Small Industries Association (FSIA). IAmSME, a frontal organization of Faridabad Small Industry Association, has established a TodPhod Jod Centre at MRIU in collaboration with National Innovation Council for training of students in hard skills in engineering and technology and for providing consultancy to members of FSIA for solving their industrial problems.
